The Willie Jolley Learning & Development Institute (The Jolley Institute) is built on the core principle that Willie Jolley has taught his clients around the world, “the best way to grow your future is to grow yourself; and the best way to grow your organization is to grow your people! And, if you cannot hire the best people, you will create greatness in the people you have!"

The Jolley Institute focuses on growing organizations by growing their people to improve performance and productivity via participant involved instructional programs, focused on practical principles, systems and processes that bring added value to their work environment. Helping develop excellence in the workplace with unique and flexible solutions for our clients is key.

The Jolley Institute grew out of a need expressed by clients of best selling author and award winning speaker, Willie Jolley. While his clients were empowered by his presentations, they wanted additional resources to help grow their people!

The Jolley Institute Process

The Jolley Institute addresses the varying needs of its client population by incorporating written training materials, digital platform materials, webinars, audio and video based training, in addition to keynote presentations and seminars.

These different methodologies are designed to address the varying learning styles and needs of participants; apply the concepts, resources and tools to their real work environment!
