Peter Guber, former head of Columbia Pictures, Co-Chairman of Casablanca Records and CEO of Polygram Entertainment and Sony Pictures, was recently a guest on my Sirius XM radio show.
Peter Guber’s interview addressed the power of communicating through story telling. In his new book, Tell To Win, that just hit the New York Times best seller’s list, Peter shares tremendous tips on how you can use stories to influence people to do more business with you, empower your people to be better employees and inspire your team and your family to be the best they can be!

He shared the story of a young Earvin "Magic" Johnson in his first year in the NBA. Magic Johnson made his teammates believe he was Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in the Championship Series when Kareem was injured, and helped the L.A. Lakers win a World Championship!
